Wood Veneer Peeling Machine for Plywood Making is the main machine for veneer production.It can peel log from diameter 500mm to 40mm,and improves log utilization.

Using: BSY Brand Heavy duty Hydraulic Single Spindle Wood Veneer Peeling Lathe is developed for large diameter log peeling, it can peel log above 600mm diameter, Max for 1500mm diameter. The machine use A/C motor as main motor, D/C motor for option. The machine is with nose bar, suitable for face veneer production.

With rotary cutting principle of non-chuck rotary lathe, hydraulic driving into constructions, the mroning can remove bark and complete log the round work quickly.

Using: Plywood hot press is one of the main equipment in plywood production process, is used for coating composite slab after hot pressing gluing device, different varieties of plywood have different requirements on the performance of the compressor, ordinary plywood, plywood, plastic laminated veneer, wood laminated plastic sheet, Marine plywood manufacturing the required pressure increase in turn.

Blade shaft and veneer conveying are driven by servo control system, can auto cut veneer head and tail cleanly, improve production efficiency, lower production cost. Max. feeding speed can reach to 100m/min. It is easy to operate after setting the procedure.

Using: The veneer dryer is the main equipment for producing plywood, also called the roller type veneer dryer. The moisture content of the veneers that have just been cut down is very high. The veneer dryer is mainly used for the drying of veneers. It is conomical and reduces the moisture content of the veneers by means of the least loss of the plates.
